Chicken bisteeya (Chicken, garlic and coriander with crushed almonds coated in cinnamon and sugar)
Carrot Salad (Chilled shredded carrots with oranges, raisins and cumin)
Spinach Salad (Baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts)

Lamb Tagine (Lamb leg fillet with olives, prunes and Moroccan spices)

Couscous (Steamed couscous with roasted pine nuts, coriander, raisins and spring onion)
