Offering great value for money, our cooking classes are a treat for you and all your family, friends and work colleagues. The Lebanese and Moroccan classes cover a range of healthy, quick and very tasty traditional meals, including vegetarian and vegan options that are easy to prepare. You will learn how to cook, store and make three or more authentic dishes. Everyone prepares and helps to put together the meal and at the end of each session, we all sit down with a drink to have a well earned lunch. All participants will take home all the recipes and general cooking tips as well as a free gift. We are happy to make special arrangements for organised groups and birthday parties.

Chicken Bake with Basil and Garlic Sauce, for the 4th April, 2020.

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1. Aubergine salad with feta cheese, mint and pomegranate molasses.
2. Chicken marinated with homemade basil and garlic pesto, baked with new potatoes and served with garlic sauce.
3. Layla loubnan, a Lebanese semolina pudding with rose water syrup.

Lebanese Veganuary, Stuffed Aubergines for the 16th January, 2021. 

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1. Tabouleh, traditional Lebanese salad with parsley, mint, tomatoes and cracked wheat.
2. Baba Ghanouj, smoked aubergine dip with lemon juice and pomegranate seeds.
3. Sheikh Al Mahshi, aubergine stuffed with onion, spices and nuts cooked with tomato and dried mint sauce.
4. Riz, vermicelli rice.

Lebanese Legs of Lamb for the 30th January, 2021.  

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1. Tabouleh, traditional Lebanese salad with parsley, mint, tomatoes and cracked wheat.
2. Baba Ghanouj, smoked aubergine dip with lemon juice and pomegranate seeds.
3. Fakhed Maa Al Riz, aromatic leg of lamb slowly cooked with Lebanese spices.
4. Riz, aromatic rice with spices and nuts.

Moroccan Chicken Tagine for the 13th February, 2021. 

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1. Carrot and Beetroot salad with cumin and orange sauce.
2. Dajaj Tagine, chicken marinated in Moroccan spices cooked with fruits and olives served with couscous.
3. Baklava with walnut and cinnamon drizzled with orange blossom syrup.

Fava beans Salad and stuffed Aubergines for the 6th March, 2021.

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1. Foul Moudamas, Fava and chickpeas salad with tomatoes, parsley and lemon juice.
2. Sheikh Al-Mahshi, Stuffed aubergines with mince lamb, onion, pine nuts and tomato sauce. Served with buckwheat instead of rice.
3. Buckwheat with split chickpeas, vermicelli and black sesame.
