Offering great value for money our cooking classes are a treat for you and all your family, friends and work colleagues. The Lebanese and Moroccan classes cover a range of healthy, quick and very tasty traditional meals including vegetarian and vegan options that are easy to prepare. You will learn how to cook, store and make three or more authentic dishes. Everyone may prepares and helps to put together the meal and at the end of each session, we all sit down with a drink to have a well earned lunch. All participants will take home all the recipes and general cooking tips as well as a free gift. We are happy to make special arrangements for organised groups and birthday parties.

Lebanese Chicken and Vegetarian Shawarma – street food, for the 12th January, 2019.

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1. Fatoush, traditional Lebanese salad with pomegranate molasses, toasted bread and sumac.
2. Chicken shawarma with Lebanese spices and tahini sauce.
3. Vegetarian shawarma with Lebanese spices and tahini sauce.
4. Baklawa, home-made Baklava with layers of filo pastry filled with pistachio and walnuts, drizzled with orange blossom syrup.

Lebanese Legs of Lamb for the 26th January, 2019.

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1. Tabouleh, traditional Lebanese salad with parsley, mint, tomatoes and cracked wheat.
2. Baba Ghanouj, smoked aubergine dip with lemon juice and pomegranate seeds.
3. Fakhed Maa Al Riz, aromatic leg of lamb slowly cooked with Lebanese spices.
4. Riz, aromatic rice with spices and nuts.

Moroccan Lamb Kofta for the 23rd February, 2019.

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1. Batinjan Bin Tahini, grilled/fried aubergine with tahini sauce, lemon juice and garlic.
2. Malfouf, shredded cabbage with garlic and lemon juice.
3. Kofta, Lamb minced with spices and parsley, baked with tomatoes, lemon juice and mint sauce, served with saffron rice.
4. Sfouf, a traditional semolina and turmeric cake with almonds

Everything Aubergine, also suitable for vegans/vegetarians, for the 16th March, 2019.

1. Al Rahib, grilled aubergine with onion and green pepper salad.
2. Sheikh Al-Mahshi, fried aubergine stuffed with minced meat/quorn and pine nuts, baked and served with vermicelli rice.
3. Batinjan Bil Laban, aubergine served with tahini sauce, yogurt and pine nuts.
4. Aysh Al Sarayeh, a traditional Lebanese pudding with pistachio nuts.

Lebanese Falafel- Street Food, for the 27th April, 2019.

at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

2. Falafel, chickpeas and broad beans with coriander and spices.
3. Tahini, tahini sauce with lemon juice and parsley.
4. Baklawa, home-made Baklava with layers of filo pastry filled with pistachio and walnuts, drizzled with orange blossom syrup.
